Yup...  Yesterday or the day before.  Marco went on about the issue... He said
if Nigeria needed food or health care.  The State Department would allocate
the funds, find a NGO and pray for the best <---- I added that.

He said the NGO would take their cut for operational costs and what not... and
then Nigeria would get a fraction of what was budgeted.

A scam!!!

I don't know why the US uses these NGOs... Why is there no local Federal SNAP
office where you go directly to the source and the Feds can doll it out.  So
we don't have the type of corruption like we've had in Minnesota and other
State.

They say that the fraud can be as high as 9 Billion in Minnesota alone.

We need to learn from this.
