You know this guy... Have a listen.

Elise is stepping down because there is noway she can win NY in a General, too
conservative.  The other guy you are talking about has a chance to win the
seat.

Elise is not even going to run for Congress in the fall.  

I think they have plans for her, she is a great solder.
