I think that only $400 million of it is for Ukraine, but that still doesn't
mean that I approve of it.

Let's hope that there will finally be oversight in money to Ukraine. If
there's not, and Trump still signs it, then it's got to be some kind of
negotiation to get the votes needed. Most of the money is for our military (if
what I read is true.)
