Money, ~100 Million, raised for the fire victims in California.  The money was
given to Newscum and he gives it to NGOs that have nothing to do with fire
relief.

Sheriff from LA County, or somewhere close to there, come out on the news
talking about the Homeless-Industrial-Complex... Pointing out in his reasoning
that NGOs are given money and it's all gone buy the time they get their cuts.
