Since WWII there has never been a Congressional act of war... Since 1941.

The US fought in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq &  Afghanistan.  These are
some of the things I can think of off hand.  There were others... Grenada is
an other...

We also have Bidem killed Ayman al-Zawahiri without congressional approval. 
Hillary and Barry Killed Muammar Gaddafi, no congressional approval.  Barry
also killed Osama bin Laden without congressional approval.

Trillions spent millions and millions dead without Congress approving any of
this for over 80 years now.

Maduro is a known Narco-Terrorist as per Biden, Trump, The DOJ and on and on.

In 2022 a warrant was issued for Maduro for his arrest... Biden put a bounty
of 25 Million on him, Trump raised it to 50 Million.

Trump started blowing up boats filled with Drugs and seizing oil tankers.

He told Maduro repeatedly that he should leave and he chose not to.

Alex... Here is something real important... The FBI along with the
Intelligence Community and the Department of War served Maduro the warrant for
his arrest.  <---- Let that sink in... They served his warrant and arrested
him with a warrant from 2022.

We are being told that Maduro's VP worked with Trump to oust him out.

The VP was sworn into office and has since offered to open up the country to
the US to assist it getting back on its feet.

1/3 of the country fled because how Maduro ran the country.  There are large
centers of Venezuelans in the US and Canada all of them celebrating his
capture.

The FBI, with support, went in with a WARRANT. Went to a specific place spent
the minimal time needed top exercise the warrant and they left.

Nothing invaded, no need to tell congress.  If I heard things correctly Marco
said they only need to notify after the  fact.

The law from the 1970s that limits the president's ability to commit U.S.
forces to an armed conflict without congressional consent is the War Powers
Resolution of 1973 (also known as the War Powers Act)

This resolution stipulates that the President must:

Notify Congress within 48 hours of introducing U.S. Armed Forces into
hostilities.

Withdraw the forces from hostilities within 60 days unless Congress has
declared war or passed specific legislation authorizing the action.

This 60-day period can be extended by an additional 30 days for the safe
withdrawal of troops, if necessary. 


Interesting eh!!!  The President, ANY, can enter a country for 60 days and
that 60 days can be increased by 30, so 90 days, without congress.  

The President, ANY, has to NOTIFY Congress after 48 Hours.

Trump went in and 48 MINUTES later he was out.
