Completely unrelated story.  There was a judge who messed up... They were
found guilty of whatever (not important what it was and I don't recall). 

They were disbarred and paid for the crime, like everyone should.

Well... sometime passes and they get their law license back and they are
working a practice somewhere.

I think if you impeach the Judge who just stepped down might have greater
weight behind "accountability" whereby they can't just pop up somewhere else
and continue like nothing happened.
