That doesn't work in today's world. There are snakes telling people to eat the
apple everywhere you go.

We need the state legislature to do that. I'll ask the next POS Democrat who
gets elected in my district to get on it.

That's how it should always be done. There have been mountains leveled and
highways built in less than 2 years. The 2 year crap gives them endless
opportunities "Well, the contactors have run into a problem.. it's gonna cost
more money..   and it's gonna takes some more time.."
