I think you're right, but how did people get so stupid in this region? The
southern states know what time it is, Alaska, Montanna, North & South Dakota
too. But there is still a population of brainwashed dummies here.

It's kinda like The Walking Dead. We don't want the walker virus spreading,
and we need to control the herd, but how did it begin in the first place? :)
