Exactly.  They aren't educating anyone anymore, so they can drop that bar
WAYYYYY down.

But it's only a matter of time now.  When we get rid of the Elitists in the
midterms, there will be a
big push for school of choice.  The good teachers will move to the charter
schools and the old school
systems will die.
