There is a slight chance that California can pull out of it.  The 5th largest
economy in the world...  There is a slight chance they can do it.

I saw David Spade, recall him from Saturday Night Live, he was on TV asking
normal questions about where is all the money going... 

Normal questions... he thought that the government shouldn't ask for more if
you have no clue where the other money went... ie The train and the homeless 
people.

He thought they were cool projects but billions are thrown at it and
everything is worse or incomplete.

Gaven keeps vetoing bills that involve audits.  This doesn't make sens.
