Racial relations seemed fine in NY when I left in 2001. But when I returned in
2016 things were different. I blame Andrew Cuomo more than I blame Obama
though.

I don't know what things are like in your state, I haven't been there since
1989, but I can imagine how Obama muddied things up. He's insulted white
people (his own people) many times, he's insulted disabled people, and then
if that wasn't bad enough, his wife had to open her mouth too (several times!)
