Laws only do nothing against the lawless.  There must be enforcement too. 
That's why the Left also subverted the "justice" system.

What we need is for the gov't to get out of our lives as much as possible.  And
when gov't officials overstep their authority, the heavy hand of justice needs
to come down hard.
