I think those are the wrong questions.

I think a better question is: Why is this unrest only happening in Democrat-run
areas?

The answer is: In places where the justice system works with ICE, those violent
offenders are picked up for other violations, placed in the local jail, where
ICE comes in and takes them away.  No chance of an illegal having a firearm
while in the local jail.  It's hard to fight back when in handcuffs.  And the
local police will jail any "protesters" that show up to interfere.

The bottom line: The Democrats **want** this unrest and don't give a rat's ass
about any American that gets hurt in the process.  They just want sound bites
and clips that they can post without context to make ICE (and of course, Trump)
"look" bad.
