This is on topic, guns, but you'll need a little tinfoil for your head on

One of the things I consistently study up on is Gun Porn.  Love listening to
what lawyers have to say about the Constitution and laws related to the 2nd
Amendment.

So, in listening to this video I was reminded about the guys gun... He has a
Sig P320 handgun.

Sig Sauer is a great manufacturer but this gun... Sig P320 has been know to
accidentally discharge.

This is known.  There are police departments that stopped using them for this
reason.

Why its not fixed yet is beyond me... Anyway... It was funny how this lawyer
brought up this guns fault.

Apparently, this part is now under investigation, and more will come I'm sure.

Apparently his gun might have "Misfired" and the sound of the misfire sparked
Agents pumping 10 rounds in him.

He's still at fault... The Supreme court has ruled on this... they use what a
reasonable person, cop, would do.

The second he through himself in to the mix with a gun during a lawful police
event... and then started to resist... You're pretty much toast.

All of this is moot because they have found Signal Chat messages exposing all
the nasty things going on in Minnesota.

The Signal Chat group has/had Democrat State officials, one as high as the
Lieutenant Governor and other elected and some trying to get elected.  There
are 1000s of people in that chat group, if I recall there is ~5000 people.

They might have martyred Pretti to spark outrage.

If you can carry a gun do so... But if you do so it is incumbent for you to
follow the law and do not put yourself in a position where your carry becomes
unlawful and causes your death.
