I use gpg from two different systems.

[1] TB/Enigmail as per tearline below, a pc at my remote/work location.
[2] TB/Enigmail on XP pc, primarily from home.

The [2] system seems to be broken.  :(  Hopefully it just requires
re-installing
the TB plugin.
