Any library(s), modules to use with Python V2.7 to handle working with MSG, JAM
message bases, and FTN PKT's 1,2,2+, BSO outbounds, especially binkd, but stuff
that works with FD as well would be a plus.

LINUX based lib, and for the Python 2.7.x series, I am not using the later 3.x
series due to changes in existing software.

Anything to work with the various pieces of FTN stuff??
