Hello everybody.

I have a Windows 10 VM in which I run a Mystic-based BBS.

As I am willing to run a few Python-based scripts on it, I have downloaded
Python 2.7, installed it, but I have two issues:

* I can't run python outside the C:\python27 directory;
* I can't install modules with pip outside the c:\python27\scripts directory.

I checked the environment variables and added PYTHON_PATH to c:\python27 and
also added c:\python27\scripts to the PATH variable. Still, no changes.

Should I add anything else?
