Apparently your mind is sufficiently made up so presenting any facts may
only bring down your abusive wrath and achieve nothing else. But the
fact is that about 80% of the content will be manufactured at various
sites by various subcontractors in the US. Yes final assembly will be in
Hornell. Alstom has a waiver to produce the first two sets in Europe,
and then they are required to set up most of the supply chain in the US.

This is similar to the mix that Siemens has in its manufacture of the
engines and the train sets for AAF too.
