Seems like they would have updated that recorder a long time ago... I
now that municipal cities are not the best with finances and are
hurting, but some things need to be replaced.  I wonder if this will
play a factor in the mess.  Was the train a municipal line, a national
line or a state line?

He was employed for a very long time too... I would say he was
competent and would be a good employee to have been employed nearly 30
years.  This one is a mystery... I know that they were cutting back on
payroll by only having one engineer.

Until then we just have to play the waiting game :-(
