It looks like they got to the data recoreder in the control cab.  Tiny little
thing.  They showed someone holding it looks like a hard drive.

I'm pulling for the engineer to be not at fault.  I have quite a few friends
who've worked or work for railroads in many postions both on the rails, and
in admininstative postions. Just about anywhere you can think of on railroad.

I've been lucky enough to be able to get cab rides on Amtrack electrics,
Freight lines and even steam locmotives.  Never had my hands on the controls
though.
