Have not seen That sounds like an interesting one, for sure. I will have to keep my eye out for it. > Another good one I've found on Public TV, (CPTV here), is something called > "Tracks Ahead" the viist all types of stuff, model railroaders, museums, short > lines great show. It has been around since at least the 1990's, although I think they skipped many years. Before Spencer Christian was the host, the host was a fellow (forget his name!) that used to work for Walt Disney as an animator, I think. That is a great show. A season or two ago, they did one show that had a segment on the rail line that pretty much runs across the whole of Russia. Then there was a bonus episode that was nothing but that segment, expanded to fill the full ~30 minutes. Here, it comes on KET on Thursday evenings, but it is only aired on their non-HD subchannel. Still DVR it every week. :) Mike --- * SLMR 2.1a * Southern Serves the South --- GTMail 1.26 * Origin: CCO BBS * 502/875-8938 * capcity2.synchro.net (1:2320/105.0) |
