Use the $50 Million as an endowment on Express Buses. I rekkin the freeways have adjoining commercial parking lots that can be used for park-N-ride. Lease 10-20 buses, the fancy coach types and run it for 2-3 years to get a sense of ridership. The buses can circulate in areas to drop/pick up. Trains can't do that. Rail is so last century. --- SoupGate/W32 v1.03 * Origin: LiveWire BBS -=*=- UseNet FTN Gateway (1:2320/1) |
