Trump ran on a law & order anti-terrorist platform.  News reports
say he is considering extremely hard-line right-wing candidates to
be attorney general and as judges for the courts.  That could translate
to support for harsh anti-photography policies by transportation
agencies and police departments.

This could also be problematic for infrastructure and streetscape
photographers who might find resistance from property owners.  The
traditional policy of photography is allowed in public places might
face tightening restrictions, upheld by conservative courts.
