It's been announced for this year, but no details other than the hosting
cities.

Anyone know more?

It appears that this year it will be at Pennsylvania Station in New York, not
GCT.  I'm surprised, as weekends can be pretty busy in the station and the
concourses are already crowded.  GCT has a lot more spare room.
