Actually, many jurisdictions have truck routings (that MUST be followed)
that are far for "the best".  See "Atlanta, Georgia" regarding ALL
trucks THROUGH the city.  (Hint:  Tr7ucks not making a delivery or
pickup inside the I285 ring are not allowed inside of it.  Not even if
empty.

Try yanking a tank through most tunnels.  Even if carrying corn syrup in
some cases.
