Right. conklin is confusing *local transit* buses and intercity buses. OTOH,
(local) transit buses often do have bus shelters on street corners. Transit
buses (except at *major* stops, where they *often* do have "terminal
facilities"), rarely pick up or discharge more than a handful of people at a
time, and these people rarely have any luggage to speak of.
