Not to mention that it's Houston. Anyone that would live there
voluntarily is nuts!

San Antonio, other than the weather, is a pretty nice city from what I
recall. I haven't been there since 1990. But I recall friendly people,
proud of their city. And, a clean city that seemed to function
reasonably well. Home of Pace Picante Sauce, River Walk and the Alamo.

But, Houston ?

Only really useful as fodder for Dean Martin and if your space ship is
in trouble.

I've never been to Dallas. Most people I've encountered from there seem
reasonably decent and intelligent. For Texas, that's saying a lot!*

*My grandmother was born in Texas and I still have family in the Hill
Country. They all have had great senses of humor and would appreciate
the comment.
