No, they won't be on every train. The are purchasing four units. One
for each equipment type. So I guess they will be on four trains. Those
likely will be running all the time. Those would be in addition to semi
annual inspections done with track geometry cars. So if they don't own
one of those now they must be renting from another railroad or private
contractor or using one of the FRA geometry cars.
