It's also downloadable from the Amtrak website as a PDF.  Presumably, schedule
changes to individual routes are updated in the web version until a new
edition is generated.

For about 75 years, SEPTA and its predecessors have produced a street and
transit map of the city, issuing a new edition every few years to reflect
changes.  It's downloadable (free) from the SEPTA website, and it does reflect
route changes when they are 
made.
