Between Philadelphia and New York. AFAIK ACSES is operative definitely
on tracks 2 and 3 between Trenton and New Brunswick in NJ. Additional
segments may have been brought into operation as Amtrak is doing so to
meet the end of 2015 deadline for operational ACSES on all main line
segments. I know that the necessary track hardware is installed even
through Frankford Jct., but ACSES has other components that need to be
in place and operational before it can be placed into service, like the
digital radio link to the control center.
