 From: srfurley@googlemail.com If the video played back slower than it was recorded it would take more time to pass the camera in playback, not less. However, the train must still have been travelling at far more than the permitted speed. It would be difficult to mistake an overspeed of that magnitude. Would the conductor have access to an emergency brake?
