It's certainly something that should be thoroughly investigated for the
reasons you state.  From the picture, it appears thw windshield of the SEPTA
SL5 was smashed.  Given that they're heavy duty glass, supposedly rock proof,
that's pretty serious.

The neighborhood is lousy.
