if the area does NOT exist in AF, then yes, when it is auto-added to AF it can
be also be autoadded to RA... if the area already exists in AF but not in RA,
you have to manually add it to RA... don't forget to run 

  FCOMP 15 %ra_dir%

when you are finished adding the areas to RA... you have to do that also any
time you move areas around in RA... this so that AF knows about the updated RA
information...

NOTE: %ra_dir% is the path to your ra installation...
