if all are JAM bases, there is the JAMNNTP news server... i seem to recall
some others but never looked into them... i use JAMNNTP on my OS/2 box... the
configs are text files... areas and users have to be added manually with the
desired permissions since it is outside of the BBS... i'm pretty sure there is
a winwhatever flavor of JAMNNTP... more can be found in the JAMNNTP echo...
