oh... you didn't say that ;)  i'm guessing you're talking about what to do to
get the comms going out the given port? does ele's web interface even call the
defined editor when writing a message? probably not if it is anything like
other bbs web interfaces i've seen... the only time you'd get the full screen
editor is when telnetted in...
