I had deleted a message base that I had a mod sending notications to for a
game we play here at the Underground.  My apologies but this RA_SUPPORT got
added after I had deleted the aformentioned base, and RA_SUPPORT took it's
message base ID number.  Just caught it and fixed it.  My apologies to the
moderator and readers.
