   Something like this ER11 R8 collet chuck might have been better,

   but the crazy setup did work.  In fact this is the third time I have   
   made a mold using this setup with cross pins.   
      
   I actually have an R8-ER16, but the collet nut didn't give me enough   
   clearance to do the job.
