   From my experience a lot of people don't know they're being screwed   
   nowadays. And a lot of the workers don't know they are doing crappy   
   work. The prior have been told not to mess with things, you need to be a   
   trained expert and the latter think they are the expert because they've   
   been trained but weren't really paying attention to any of it...
