   Yeah, just the ground wheels on mine too. Almost all the blowers use   
   something like this for the wheel drive. I looked at a lot of parts   
   manuals last fall when thinking of buying one...

   I'm very familiar with the Toro because it was worn out when I bought it. As   
   it's old enough to be all steel it wasn't difficult to restore after   
   complete disassembly. The engine needed only carb cleaning and adjusting,   
   the drive needed belts, the friction wheel and some new bearings. It's   
   possible that lawn and garden equipment replacement bearings might be less   
   expensive and easier to mount than industrial grade ones.
