|    Harbor Freight Pipe KINKER!    |

From: none@none.com99              Yes, I have been told if you stuff the pipe full of sand it might not       kink. In the twentyish years I've owned it I was successfully able to       use it on one job to make a very slight offset in some two inch conduit       for running a fiber optic cable. Just a few degrees and even then if you       look closely, you can see that it started to kink. In any case, the       fiber optic cable was run and the school is connected.              I haven't really used it much in probably ten years. I've thought about       getting rid of it a dozen times because it just takes up space on the floor.              The other day a buddy of mine asked me if I could straighten a bow in       his boat trailer cause by pushing through a giant hole in a back country       boat ramp. The pipe die made a fantastic guide to keep the chain in       place on top of the jack.              I wish I had thought to take a picture of what it looked like before.              Pictures here:       https://www.yumabassman.com/2025/04/15/an-actual-use-for-the-har       or-freight-pipe-kinker/                     --       Bob La Londe       CNC Molds N Stuff                     --       This email has been checked for viruses by AVG antivirus software.       www.avg.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
