      Once I figured out just what I have , it became easy ... I made a   
   fixture to hold the cutters at 14.5° and ground one of 3/16" and one   
   1/4" . Made a new stub thread piece to match the leadscrew and then   
   threaded the nut blank . It turned out well , the stub thread (about   
   2"long) is tight in the nut , which is good at this point . Now if the   
   guy I ordered aluminum stock for a nut holder would get off his ass and   
   ship the stock I could move forward to the next step .
