   I read a General's leadership lesson on how some people respond to reason   
   (Khrushchev, actually), others only to threats (Putin). Trump learned the   
   effective degrees of their use in the combat arena of NYC real estate, as   
   well as that a good deal satisfies both parties. Clearly his loudest critics   
   misrepresent or just don't understand at all what he's doing. They are so   
   surprised when he succeeds where no Democrat had gone before.
