   I made a fur-trimmed helmet and chain mail shirt, strapped on an old ritual   
   sword and went to costume parties as the accountant for a Central Asian   
   warlord. It was a simple job, I did head counts, pointing at the ground and   
   counting in the thousands, or kept track of the Khan's property, which was   
   everything in sight.   
      
   For the Renaissance Faire job I made a black wizard robe and acted the part   
   by magically fixing the caterer's 'vintage' equipment from stoves and   
   fridges to a walkie-talkie.
