   Oh, the Kohler Commander has insane tuning capability. It doesn't have   
   the aftermarket like the Predator 670 or the Tillotson and Predator   
   212s, but almost all of these engines can be modded.  Most are good for   
   around 20% with just carb and exhaust, but the BAJA SAE has to run   
   totally bone stock.  No engine mods allowed.  Not exhaust, not  intake,   
   not ignition, nothing.  I asked kind of in disgust, "so where is the   
   opportunity for engineering innovation?"  I'd love to see an arduino   
   controlled electronic advance on the fly ignition or some other crazy   
   mods, but NOOOOOO.
