      And, in this context it just means temporarily seeing elves under the   
   influence of a drug. If I am in a room while on a drug with a bunch of   
   sober people, and I say "there are a bunch of elves over there", and   
   none of the sober people can see them, they will conclude this is   
   temporary drug induced psychosis.
