      IANAL. From what I understand about US law, if you knowingly take a   
   drug, and impaired reasoning makes you do something illegal, you are   
   held responsible. In the case of murder, it may mean that it wouldn't be   
   first degree. However, it is still illegal homicide. Which makes sense.   
   If I took a bunch of DXM, and while crazy on it killed a relative of   
   yours, would you blame me, or the bottle of DXM?
