   I love xanax, tonight I had to take 6mg or clonopin (12 - .5s) and I'm   
   not even as high as 4mg or xanax.    But I'll tell you what, I'll   
   sleep for a good 12 hours   :)   
      
   Be carefull, take a few days off, in between, just to prove to   
   yourself that you can do without.
