   All I can add is what Richard Pryor once said in one of his stand-up   
   comedy shows about drugs: "If black kids are doing it, they say 'What a   
   shame.' If white kids are doing it, they say 'OmiGod, it's an   
   EPIDEMIC!!'"   
      
   Once the lil white suburbanite kiddies get into it, THEN the alarm is   
   raised. If it's just the underprivileged/ethnic ones, too bad for them.   
      
   What hypocrisy we have in this nation. The DEA and the WOD are just two   
   examples of it. Many more stories exist to be told that probably will   
   never be heard.
