   My advice is that someone, somewhere, who knows they are, HUNT THEM DOWN   
   AND FUCKING ***KILL*** THEM.   
      
   This is *human evolution*, man -- thanks to suffocating world-wide   
   nanny-government, there is virtually *zero* "opportunity cost" to   
   behaving like a total asshole these days, and it's playing hell on the
