   Exactly. Crediting a president for a good economy is like crediting an   
   astronaut for "piloting" a spaceship. They're just along for the ride, for   
   the most part. Bush II's tax giveaways to his wealthy donors, however, can   
   and will fuck up the economy, but of course the imbeciles in the congress   
   deserve more of the blame than he does.
